TRUNK uses UPS or USPS for delivery. As soon as your credit card details are processed, TRUNK will send you a confirmation email. You should expect to receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days. Please note: Depending on the item availability we will ship your purchase within 1-2 business days.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
TRUNK is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to weather conditions.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. If a customer has received her order in which there were no tags attached to the merchandise, they should notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day in order to return/exchange the item. Apothecary, lingerie and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. We reserve the right to deny a returned item should the Merchandise no longer appear saleable or does not meet the return standards of TRUNK.

TRUNK has a limited amount of inventory on some items. Items purchased through the website may from time to time be out of stock (especially one-of a kind items). If such a case arises, you will be contacted via email and you will be updated when your item becomes available again. For one of a kind items please email us for in-store availability. For custom orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We work with local clothing/jewelry/accessories designers to assure quick turnaround.

TRUNK will not disclose customer information to any outside organizations without prior consent of the customer, but may disclose user information to government and/or third parties if there is reason to believe the user is violating the terms and conditions of our company, or where otherwise required by law or by legal process. TRUNK uses the personal information you provide to us for internal purposes, such as filling and tracking your order, analyzing trends and collecting statistics. TRUNK does not store your credit card information unless otherwise directed.
